The Fascination Galway Wedding Band

The band require a deposit to secure a date. A deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless the date is re-booked by another party. Cancellations within 14 days of the booked date will require payment of 50% of the outstanding balance (unless the date is re-sold by the band).​
Deposits paid through PayPal are subject to their Transaction Charge and in the event of a cancellation, the Transaction Charge is non-refundable.​
All deposit payments should be confirmed by email to the band. The Balance is due on, or before, the night of the event.

In the highly unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. adverse weather conditions etc), the band reserve the right to cancel the booking and offer a substitute band, subject to a notice period of 48 hours (all deposits will be refunded).​

In the highly unlikely event that a member of The Fascination becomes sick or incapacitated, the band reserve the right to provide a stand-in or "dep" musician on the night of the event. All of our "dep" musicians are equal in terms of musicianship and are fully rehearsed for such circumstances.​
The Fascination may record video footage, still images and audio from your event, for the purposes of promotion and social media integration. Please email the band prior to your event if you do not want such imagery used.

Surcharges may be payable if the event venue is changed, after booking, to a venue outside the bands normal working region (Galway, excluding Connemara). The bands play time is c. 2 hours for an event and c.2.5/3 hours for a wedding event (including 20 minute tea break). Song Lists are available on our website https://www.thefascination.ie/weddings. The band will play a selection from same.

We only take instructions from you, our client. The band operate a "pay it forward" strategy and may invite potential wedding couples to hear the band at your event (in the same way that you may have viewed us), unless specifically requested otherwise, however their presence will be brief and discreet.​
